A recent project started with the broad goal of growing the business and attracting new clients, but through analysis, we identified the newsletter as a key yet under-utilised asset, with the lack of a feedback loop as a major pain point.
By combining in-depth interviews with the founder and team, data exploration and enrichment, and audience segmentation, we provided actionable insights to transform the newsletter and landing pages into a conversion-driven tool.
