Boosting Strategyzer's Video Strategy
We conceived and produced high quality hand-crafted video explainers for Strategyzer online social media channel, and educational events and workshops. Additionally, we filmed over 40 short-form videos for their paid Online Academy Course.
Our challenge was to capture the essence of Strategyzer’s methods into a simple, engaging and understandable video content, facilitating instant adoption of the tools.

Business Model Canvas Explainer
A 2 minutes animation video of the Business Model Canvas, to explain the business innovation methodology developed by Prof. Yves Pigneur and Phd author and entrepreneur Alexander Osterwalder at University of Lausanne. The video has been viewed and downloaded by +5 Millions people, and used during lectures, conference, and workshops.
We created a paper-craft stop motion animation to explain "the Business Model Canvas". The method, from the bestselling management book Business Model Generation, is applied in leading organizations and start-ups worldwide. The video was created for the launch of the IPAD Application, the "Business Model Toolbox".
The 2D nine building blocks Canvas is composing on the table. Then it takes life and becomes 3D. It looks like the miniature of a house seen from above. Each block is white inside and has “walls” made of different colors; the final result resembles one of Mondrian’s famous canvas. The miniature of the 9 Building Blocks is explained one block after another following the actress's voiceover.
